Ordering is safe and secure, we have the highest possible level of encryption and your info is protected to the fullest possible extent. 

Our website is fully PCI-compliant against hacker attacks and is scanned DAILY for vulnerabilities. Our shopping cart SSL is "Extended Validation" which means our company has passed an extensive vetting and verification process and our server is PCI-compliant to insure that your information is totally secure. When you go to our cart checkout, you will notice your browser's address bar will change to  GREEN.  Many websites opt for the cheap/free SSL certificate that can be obtained in 5 minutes with no verification of who the company is,  or even if the ownership has been verified.  If you do not see a GREEN ADDRESS BAR, this means the company has not gone that extra mile to insure your data is 100% safe and secure.

MOST ORDERS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. WE HAVE LOCATIONS IN 12 STATES INCLUDING CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA AND NEW YORK.

Most products are usually in our warehouse and ready to go out within one business day. Orders placed by 3:00PM  Monday-Friday usually ship the same day. Although we do our best to ship all orders out within this time frame, we may not be able to do so during busy times or if there is a supply issue with the items on your order. If you need a product by a certain date, let us know by indicating the date in the customer comment box when you check out. If there are any problems in meeting your required date, we will let you know right away. Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will ship on the next BUSINESS day.

Be aware when using expedited shipping options that we cannot control the policies and procedures of the individual shipping carriers. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING DELAYS. PRIORITY MAIL IS NOT A GUARANTEED SHIPPING OPTION! IF WE SHIP YOUR PACKAGE ON TIME AND IT IS DELAYED BY THE POST OFFICE, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

CANADIAN ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS DELAYS WHICH WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER! 

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING EXTRA COST SHIPPING OPTIONS: IF YOU CHOSE FEDERAL EXPRESS OR UPS "NEXT DAY AIR" or "2nd Day Air" etc, and place your order after 3:00PM CST on a FRIDAY, or on a weekend, your order will NOT SHIP UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, WHICH IS THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. ALSO NOTE THAT FEDERAL EXPRESS AND UPS DO NOT PICK UP PACKAGES ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS, AND THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.  THEY ALSO DO NOT COUNT WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS AS "BUSINESS DAYS". WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON EXTRA-COST SHIPPING, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE POLICIES OF THE SHIPPING CARRIER YOU CHOSE.  

All parts carry a *One Year Replacement warranty. 

*Warranty excludes glass parts, door handles, washer lids, washer door bellows or plastic items such as crisper pans or door bins. These items have "fit for a particular purpose" warranty, which means if the parts don't fit your model, they can be returned.

No Hassle Return/Exchange policy: We accept product returns within 30 days in most cases with the exception of parts that have been installed. Returns are subject to 20% restock fee in some cases. We do not accept returns on electronic parts for refund. (All parts are fully guaranteed with the exception of glass or ceramic items that are subject to breakage or chipping, etc.  These items are warranteed to be intact upon receipt.) "Electronic Parts" means any part that has an electrical connection. We will exchange incorrect parts for the correct part, including electronic parts where the item clearly is not correct for your model. We do ask that you contact us first before ordering if you are not sure what part you need. We will make every possible effort to help you determine the correct part for your appliance.

YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH REGARD TO ERRORS, DAMAGE CLAIMS OR NON-RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WITHOUT RMA. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AUTHORIZATION. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING ON DEFECTIVE PARTS. WE WILL PAY TO SHIP REPLACEMENT PARTS BACK TO YOU.
